Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use apply to how you use thetim.living and the services Thetim Pest Control offers through it. When you use the site, phone the number on it, or send in a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Thetim Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals, or do any other pest control work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or control providers. We make no promise about their availability, how fast they respond, the quality of their work, or the results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get an estimate in writing.

General Information Only

The content on this site is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, health, or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Please confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in by unauthorized means.

Phone Calls and Messages

When you phone the number on the site or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@thetim.living.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Thetim Pest Control or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse it for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Thetim Pest Control is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or products, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered as is, with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
